Doug is co-founder and one of the three management executives directing Green Grass One. Prior to Green Grass One, Doug was a Management Consultant for eight years (six with A.T. Kearney), helping some of North America’s leading corporations with strategy and operations improvements. Doug has worked with some of the industry’s biggest retailers with merchandising strategy, supply management, and purchasing. Doug received his BA in Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario and his MBA from McMaster University.

Doug has an 9-year old daughter (Emma) and a 7-year old son (Brett), and lives in Oakville, Ontario.
